~I know… I know~

I am way behind and I am not even going to try to deny it. My only excuse is that I have been really really busy! Here is Jamie’s most recent maternity shoot and we will probably have at least one more… two more if I can help it. It has been alot of fun keeping up with her progress.. especially since this is her first. How exciting is that?? I had this whole shoot envisioned in my mind and it turned out just as I had planned. We took these in the big city of Alto, Louisiana…. Enjoy!

~2 fer~

Just as I promised… 2 sessions posted for your viewing pleasure! The first is little Miss Morgan… she is the BIG 2!! I took her family’s photos at Christmas and my has she grown… Morgan is a sweetheart and honestly, I am not sure if she wants to be a model or photographer… She seems to be pretty good at both!

This next shoot is part of a series that I have been working on… Jamie and Sam with their little bump and Tonya & Jalen. What an awesome family this is! We went to the BIG town of Alto… don’t blink, you just might miss it! While shooting their family pics, I got some of Jamie’s baby belly… My, that baby is growing and will be here real soon! I just love the colors they had on against a beautiful background… Thanks guys!

~May I have your attention please~

I have finally come to the point that I have been anxiously waiting to get to. What’s that you ask? Well, baseball season has started, Spring has sprung, business is booming & last but not least… I am getting ready to launch my new and improved website!!! All of this excitement has my really pumped up and I am super busy. I have sooo much to do and not nearly enough time. I am behind in blogging my sessions… but only because the editing & ordering comes first. If you havent seen your session posted here yet, don’t worry.. I will get them up, soon. My son will be graduating in May, so invitations have alot of my time right now.. prom is just around the corner & we are in the middle of Spring Break… whew! Just wanted to keep you all up to date on whats going on around here. Great things are coming!

This couple was referred to me by my husband, Robert. Tommy & Robert work together in Minden and of course.. Robert tends to “pimp” me out! God love him.. he is too funny.. especially when he gets to tag along with me on my shoots. Lets just say, that doesnt happen very often! These two will be getting married in Minden on June 13th & I will be there to capture the big day… They are so much fun to hang around with and was up for anything! Lindsey has that “natural” beauty that all women would love to have & Tommy, well lets just say that she makes him look good!

Enjoy their engagement session…We found some really awesome places to shoot in Ruston. I will most def be going back there again, soon!  

~My 35th at Coda~

On a personal note… I want to thank all of my friends and family for sending warm wishes, gifts & joining me at Coda to celebrate my 35th birthday! About 26 attended and what a great time it was… full of fun, laughter, catching up with old friends, getting closer to new ones. Here are a few shots taken by my own personal friend/photographer- Courtney Sorensen… Thanks, Courtney! Thanks to Dawn for getting my cake there in one piece…. I hope you all had as much fun as I did and we most definately will have to get together again, soon!

 

 

 

~Kiroli Wedding~

Maryam and Dustin had a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception at Kiroli Park on March 22, 2009. I posted this awesome couple’s engagement & bridal pictures previously. These two are perfect together and it shows! What a handsome groom Dustin was & Maryam… well, I dont have to tell you how absolutely gorgeous she was! Most of the time, weddings have a couple bumps here and there… rarely does it go completely perfect…. but this one was flawless!! Here is a sneak peek of the big day…. Courtney tagged along with me and together we took close to 1,000 pictures that I have been working on around the clock. I still have about 50-75 more to edit.
