CHANGE IS GOOD!!

2012 will bring on higher prices for an even better quality, inevitable opportunity to have your beautiful memories printed on products to enjoy for years to come. While some photographers make it nearly impossible to purchase your digital images from your session because of extreme pricing, I more than ever see the importance of wrapping a higher price around the high quality of beauty created in your finished images. How many images are actually printed out to display for your friends and family once you have received your digital images? With the new changes, your fee will now include a print credit to make this happen with very little effort on your part… the hardest part will be choosing the images you want to take home! You most definately get what you pay for & I will ensure that happens with all of my services. Lots of time, creativity, planning, dedication, professional quality equipment, upkeep, travel, taxes, on going training, props, accessories, studio provided for those special sessions that enable even more versatility for our clients– all of this is essential to provide you the BEST in photography services, so the increase in prices will allow me to continue making you happy!

 

How much are your photo sessions? Why are there different sessions to choose from and different prices? Do you do weddings? Can you do a family session and take some senior pics of my son all in one? 

These are just a few of the questions that I get from people here and there. Over the last 4 years I have tried to come up with what you want and make it easy to choose the right session for your needs. Maybe I can explain here and your questions will be answered, but if not, ALWAYS feel free to call, text and/or email me!

Different sessions call for different lengths of time, outfit changes, props, locations etc. All of this determines how much time the session will take and then the post processing or better known as the editing part.

Yes, I do weddings and rarely ever do them by myself. Having a second photographer is almost always a must for lots of reasons. Helps with ensuring to get all the important shots at different angles, assisting with getting groups of people in just the right places to make sure everyone is seen in your finished shot. Helping the bride with fluffing the dress and making sure her bouquet is in the right place are also ways a second photographer can help make your big day go alot smoother!

A phone call, meeting and/or a few emails are important for me to determine exactly what it is that you want so that I can make sure you are satisfied with my time and the end result of your session. If you need a senior session, then by all means book a senior session. This way the session is ALL about your senior. No one should be rushed, this will end in disappointment. Being prepared for the session you need is very important. Its my job to make sure you are happy with my work, come back for more and send your friends my way! Another reason I try to keep my fees reasonable.

Mini-Session

These sessions are only offered 2 times a year. Once in the Spring and again in the Fall. Mini session can be up to 30 minutes, 1 outfit change, limited poses and/or combinations for family session. Session fee covers possible travel, photographer’s time during the session and processing of your digital images. You will also receive an online album to view your proofs and order prints and products provided by a professional printing lab. Your choice of print products covered by session fee- 1 mini accordian book of 12 photos with linen texture— all images on flash drive with copyright release  You bring flash drive to session!

Regular Session-

These are available year round. Regular session can be up to 1 hour, a couple outfit changes, numerous poses and various combinations for family sessions, backdrop changes and props. No rush with this session at all. Session fee covers possible travel, photographer’s time during the session and processing of your digital images. You will also receive an online album to view your proofs and order prints and products provided by a professional printing lab. Your choice of print products covered by session fee- 1 mini accordian book of 12 photos with linen texture— all images on flash drive with copyright release You bring flash drive to session!

Smash the cake!

This is a fun session for a soon to be 1 year old or just turned 1 ONLY. No other siblings or family members. Usually about an hour starting off in a regular outfit or 2. Can be in studio or outdoors. A table setting with chair, cake plate and balloons provided. YOU bring the cake! (and lots of wipees!) The cake smash is the last thing we do. What better way to turn 1??? If we do this in enough time before the big party, I can also make party invitations with these sweet pics on it!

Senior Sessions

Up to 2 hours, unlimited clothes changes, unlimited locations, in studio and out doors. This session is all about the graduate.. bring on the props, the ideas, be creative! The number of finished images will depend on how many locations and clothes changes we do. This can be any where from 50 to 150 finished images! Want to bring a pet? Have a friend or 2 tag along?? Go for it!

 Maternity Session

Celebrate your pregnancy with wonderful artistic photographs in the comfort of a private studio session.  Maternity Sessions are usually scheduled at month 7 or 8.  Up to one-hour session.  Come dressed in your Casual attire, change into Nightgown/Romantic, and then into Special Cloths/Drapes provided by Photographer.  Include Father and/or Big Brothers & Sisters too! This is a very special time and can be flattering.

BONUS- newborn session scheduled within the first two weeks of birth is FREE!! ($175.00 Value)

$200.00 Includes flash drive w/digital images & copyright release (1 – 8×10 print of your choice with lustre coating, linen texture & printed on mat board- this will be beautiful placed simultaneously with your newborn print in the nursery!!) You bring flash drive to session! (tax not included)

Single Newborn Session

Up to 3 hours will be set aside for your new baby’s first professional photo experience. This session is best in the first 10 days of birth. (for dreamy sweet sleeping poses) Up to 3 changes/set-ups including props/accessories. All images on flash drive with copyright release (you bring flash drive to session) You will also receive an 8×10 of your choice printed on mat board with luster coating and linen texture. $175.00 (does not include tax)

DETAILS

Session Fees:

No session, wedding, event etc is booked until fee and/or deposit is paid in full. Payments can be made via PayPal, debit/credit cash and/or check. NO EXCEPTIONS

Session cancellations/reschedule:

If you are not able to make your appointment the first time and you have contacted me before 9:00PM the day before to advise of legitimate reason- Your fee will be applied to a reschedule of your session. NO REFUNDS

If you are not able to make your appointment the second time and you have contacted me before 9:00PM the day before to advise of a legitimate reason- Your fee will be applied to a reschedule of your session. NO REFUNDS

If you are not able to make your 3rd rescheduled session and/or fail to contact me before 9:00PM the day before your session … YOU LOSE YOUR FEE and MUST pay in full to schedule another session.

Digital Images:

I do NOT offer cd’s any longer. I do NOT burn them, copy them, make them and/or order them. I do NOT provide CD’s at all.

Flash Drive Space:

Special Events 2gb (birthday party, large family sessions, etc) (YOU provide flash drive)

Cake Smash 1gb(YOU provide flash drive)

Weddings 8gb comes with images on flash drive at no additional cost— (I will provide ONE flash drive if engagements and bridals are taken & each session plus wedding will be included, BUT must be brought to each session and provided for wedding)

Turnaround time: Depending on my schedule and holiday season, your complete session can take up to 3 weeks to be ready for pick up. Weddings can take up to 6 weeks to be completed. I do provide a sneak peek on FaceBook and tag you within a week or less. I will post edited images to your album online for proofing as I finish them. Once I am completed, you will see “done” on your album title. At that point, I will have your images loaded to your flash drive and your images are ready to order from if you choose. You will need to make arrangements to pick up your digital images and/or I can mail them to you.
